(1980s). As a licensed clinical psychologist for 30 years, he felt driven to specialize in depth psychotherapy and knows the human psyche intimately and thoroughly, as his book Oz Power demonstrates. As a psychological consultant to many organizations and systems—and in his own management consulting company (1980s)—he has humanized many systems and helped their leaders attain their desired leadership potential.

Bill has been blessed with several spiritual gifts—among them a deeply healing heart, an expansive vision, an inspiring presence and a capacity for true oneness with any person or situation. He has been a recognized spiritual and inspirational leader, having led soul-based seminars and spiritual growth workshops nationally and internationally for the past 30 years. Most recently, Bill and his wife Donna founded and operated a non-profit organization, the Center for Soulful Living (2000s), as a means of leading thousands of people to find their deepest core and live their lives as an expression of their purest truth. During this time he wrote and published two popular books: Soul Vision, and The Soul in Love.

Bill and Donna also founded, and for nine years directed, Washington, DC's World Peace Institute (1990s), applying the philosophy and practice of oneness to attaining personal, interpersonal, inter-cultural and global peace. During this time, he especially served as a support and consultant to global and mission-oriented leaders, helping them to apply the power of oneness to their mission in life.

Currently, Bill dedicates his life to presenting his unique vision of the Ultimate Human and the Ultimate Leader to those who feel oriented to being everything they can possibly be, to achieving their fullest personal potential, and finding the “all-ness” of their human experience.
