Marcia was one of the original pioneers of the Human Potential Movement, and was an original staff member and the Vice President of est (now known as Landmark Forum). She is a Founding Member of the Transformational Leadership Council, an association of renowned transformational thought leaders founded by Jack Canfield, where she was the Executive Director and Vice President for its first four years, and now serves as Board Member
